Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Cloud Technology Billing Representative.
Must be able to:
- Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve potential customer billing issues
- Monitor overdue subscriptions and plan cancellations via reporting channels
- Spearhead billing-related investigations and projects that may arise
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience and familiarity with utilizing Stripe
- Ability to understand complex financial topics and situations
- Ability to piece together details and information from various systems and applications
- Ability to explain details simply to customers in plain English
- Willingness to initiate challenging conversations with customers when necessary
- Ability to master the use of new platforms and online tools quickly
