Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Technology Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform
  • Orchestrating executive business reviews with our customers’ decision-makers
  • Conducting workshops with customers to understand their current operations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
