Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Technology Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform
- Orchestrating executive business reviews with our customers’ decision-makers
- Conducting workshops with customers to understand their current operations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
- Experience supporting or working with technical products
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
