Job Summary

A cloud-based technology software solutions provider is in need of a Remote Cloud Technology Platform Account Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage successful implementation of software including management of all project related activities
• Drive timely working sessions with customers to understand and document business and technical requirements for product functionality
• Provide remote implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance services

Qualifications Include:

• Experience training software users
• 1-2 years’ experience in a healthcare environment
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office package, including Excel, Acess and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical software and implementation issues
• Strong project management skills including ability to manage customer expectations and drive project results
