Job Summary
A software technology company that specializes in cybersecurity is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cloud Threat Research and Intelligence Engineering Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and executing a program within the company’s Product organization focused on enumerating the cloud threat landscape
- Hiring and maintaining industry leading researchers, analysts and managers to support the strategic initiatives of the program
- Establishing a thought leadership presence for the company in the cloud threat landscape.
Required Skills:
- Broad leadership experience in building a program from the ground up including the maturation of the team and its impacts
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of threat intelligence and its application towards operational goals
- Demonstrated capabilities to effectively communicate and present information to both internal and external audiences
- A general understanding of cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes
- Depth working within an operational security organization
- Combination of confidence and independence...with the prudence to know when to ask for help from the rest of the team
