Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Coach Team Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Having monthly 1:1s with team members to support their ongoing growth and skill development
• Monitoring, evaluating and responding to coach benchmarking dashboards
• Providing ongoing managerial support and education in areas of need, as well as ongoing professional development

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree
• Behavioral health/mental health experience, 1+ years experience
• National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach required or must be obtained within two years of hire
• Expert knowledge in behavior change and coaching skills
• Experience coaching members using different modalities (phone and e-messaging)
• Management experience, 1 year experience
