Job Summary
A behavioral healthcare company is seeking a Remote Coaching Operations Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying learning needs and act as SME to e-learning and development specialist
- Training new Coach Advisors, work to retain high performers and implement performance management plans
- Ensuring that provider performance metrics remain high across clinical teams
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have at least 3-5 years of formal supervisory experience
- Must have at least 5 years experience coaching adults within a mental health capacity
- MA in mental health field preferred or BA in mental health field with related experience OR
- RN, Psychiatric with related experience
- Confidence in providing oversight and direction including performance management to a team of professionals
