- Proficiency in Rust, C, C++ or Assembly

- Experience designing and implementing algorithms
- 8+ years of experience designing, building, scaling and maintaining distributed systems
- Passionate about fostering good engineering practices and processes
- Experience effectively contributing to technical strategy and roadmaps
