Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Coding Auditor and Educator in Biddeford.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide education, training and support to the department
• Conduct all interactions with patients and personnel in a courteous, respectful manner
• Conduct all job responsibilities consistent with company policies

Qualifications Include:

• Two years of health information technical training
• Knowledge and/or skills in coding with ICD-9-CM and CPT
• Coding Certification from AAPC (CPC, Certified Professional Coder) or similar
• 3 years' experience in physician practice coding
• Strong computer skills
• Skilled at use of Microsoft Office including email, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
