Job Summary

A global technology education company has a current position open for a Remote Coding Bootcamp Inside Sales Manager in Bellevue.

Must be able to:

• Hit the departments revenue/enrollment targets by coaching and overseeing team performance
• Lead the ongoing hiring and onboarding pipeline for future sales team members
• Actively monitor weekly sales metrics for your team and coach the team on your findings

Qualifications Include:

• At least 3+ years of experience leading and coaching an inside sales team
• At least 3+ years of experience as an individual contributor for an inside sales team
• 3+ years of experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalent
• Must bring best practices for lead nurturing, prospecting, and call/deal closing
• Must have strong experience coaching and holding inside sales team members
• Experience managing day-to-day sales operations for a 10-person team or close to with minimal supervision
