Job Summary

A healthcare revenue company is filling a position for a Remote Coding Compliance Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting with recruiting and hiring
• Performing quality assurance audit reviews of the Coding Compliance Team
• Preparing resource material for internal coding education

Position Requirements Include:

• Abides by the Standards of Ethical Coding and adheres to official coding guidelines
• A nationally recognized coding credential
• Understanding of all or a combination of ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology and HIPAA Compliance
• Ability to consistently engage and build relationships with the internal Coding Compliance Team and the Coding Leaders
• Intermediate or above skill with presentation technology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
