Job Summary

Managing a team of Associate Managers, the part-time Remote Coding Manager will oversee coding production across multiple platforms, ensuring productivity and accuracy while fostering staff development and implementing best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor coding production and team performance to meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Provide guidance and training to coding staff, promoting growth and addressing performance issues
• Streamline coding practices and ensure compliance with documentation and coding guidelines

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Management or supervisory experience in a similar role
• Minimum of 4 years of medical coding experience
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, and ICD-10 coding standards
