Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Coding Manager in Beachwood.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with VA Operations Manager to obtain access at new sites and for all new coders
  • Perform preliminary and routine audits on coding staff
  • Identify coding risks and/or client issues/problems proactively and make appropriate recommendations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Formal HIM education with national certification (RHIA or RHIT) or bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years inpatient and outpatient hospital experience
  • Minimum of 3 years inpatient and outpatient hospital supervisory experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
