Remote Coding Manager in Brentwood

Job Summary

A provider of healthcare services has a current position open for a Remote Coding Manager in Brentwood.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating employees schedules for adequate coverage
• Monitoring coder production to ensure base line production goals are met
• Reviewing charge lag to make sure team meets SLA requirements

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience in surgical coding and/or reimbursement activities
• CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA through AHIMA or AAPC, or a Certified Professional Coder – Hospital (CPC-H®)
• Familiar with third party fee profiles and reimbursement requirements
• Knowledge of eCW billing system and/or other related billing system
• Knowledge of E/M, surgical coding & reimbursement practices/strategies
