Job Summary

A developer of speech recognition applications is in need of a Remote Coding Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading a team of Coding Managers and Team Leads
• Overseeing and monitoring the remote coding accounts daily
• Designing and implementing programs for continuous performance improvement

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field
• CCS with coding and management experience may be substituted for RHIA, RHIT credentials
• 8-10 years of management experience in the Health Information Management field
• Must have previous management experience within a high production, virtual environment
• Experience handling multiple projects and tasks in a high stress environment
• Must be familiar with third party fee profiles and reimbursement requirements
