Job Summary

A non-profit health care system is seeking a Remote Coding Physician Practice Associate Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Select, train, coach, motivate, and direct the workflow for staff
• Participate in the development of the department budget
• Drive organization performance improvements

Qualifications Include:

• Must possess a strong knowledge normally obtained through a bachelor’s in a related field
• In the acute care environment, must have RHIA, RHIT, or CCS in an active status with AHIMA or AAPC
• In the ambulatory setting, must have CPC or CCS-P
• Knowledge in coding normally demonstrated through 3+ years of progressive coding leadership
• Ability to use common office software and coding software applications
