Remote Coding QA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Quality Assurance Coordinator - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits on coding RCM workflows to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Education & Development department to create and implement training programs based on audit findings
• Provide detailed reports and analysis to identify process deficiencies and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• National Coding Certification (AHIMA, AAPC)
• Minimum of five years' experience in physician coding, particularly in Anesthesia/Pain Management
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in Revenue Cycle and Claim processing preferred
