Job Summary

A company is looking for a VIP Coding Specialist to support patient care and organizational excellence through accurate coding of medical records.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews medical records and assigns accurate ICD 10 CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Ensures documentation supports assigned codes and collaborates with clinic staff for clarification
• Applies coding guidelines and maintains accurate records of completed work

Required Qualifications

• Epic EMR experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Minimum of 2 years of coding certification (CPC, RHIT, or CCS)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred experience in coding professional fees or global fees
