Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Coding Specialist Clinical Investigator in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Perform clinical coverage review of CPT and HCPCS coded claims
- Determine appropriate level of service utilizing Evaluation and Management Coding principles
- Ensure adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies and contract compliance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST Monday through Friday and available to work overtime
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of current CPT and HCPCS coding experience
- Current and active certified coder
- Experience with and ability to work independently with technology
