Job Summary
A healthcare services company is in need of a Remote Coding Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising daily coding operations
- Developing staff coverage strategies
- Developing and monitoring individual coder quality/productivity
Position Requirements Include:
- Work in a hospital setting if required to travel for assignment
- RHIA or RHIT AND CCS credential
- 5 years in relevant working field
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of ICD-9-CM and CPT coding principles and rules
