Job Summary
A provider of technology solutions and payment processing services is filling a position for a Remote Cognos Business Intelligence Technical Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support to our financial institution customers
- Resolve complex issues while demonstrating commitment to customer satisfaction and service
Required Skills:
- Must be able to travel up to 5% to other offices for meetings or trainings
- Must have 5 years of Technical Troubleshooting Support experience
- Must have 1 year of Cognos experience
- Experience working with SQL Server 2012– 2016
- Must be able to work after hours/on-call support as needed
