Job Summary

An online social media network is in need of a Remote Collaboration Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Provide support to IT Team Helpdesk and SysAdmins
  • Plan and execute workflows to eliminate manual processes from the environment
  • Collaborate with various teams to support and optimize onboarding and offboarding workflow and automation

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience with IT support
  • Experience with SSO/SAML and SCIM implementation
  • Experience with Authentication methods and models (LDAP, AD, Kerberos)
  • Experience with MFA and Device Authentication (Yubikey, Duo, Fido2)
  • 1 year of experience with Identity Access Management (Okta, PingID, OneLogin)
  • Good understanding of how web enabled applications communicate with clients and other systems
