A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Colleague ERP Application Administrator in Raleigh.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing Incident
- Resolving incidents that Associate level cannot resolve
- Resolving incidents that escalate due to duration or impact
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 3+ IT experience in a large-scale environment
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and tuning a major network application with a database backend and web front end
- Windows and Linux system administration
- Microsoft SQL server administration
- IIS and Tomcat administration including security and SSL
