Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Colleague ERP Systems Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Consulting with end users to understand business processes
  • Providing technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs
  • Troubleshooting errors and issues encountered by end users and provides resolution to solve issue

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; or at least five years related experience
  • 5+ years of experience and expert functional/technical knowledge in the Colleague ERP application
  • Experience working with clients to gather requirements for developing software
  • Training experience with busines process re-engineering
  • Thorough technical knowledge in development methodologies, design and implementation
  • Effective skills in research and analysis, project planning and implementation
