An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Collection Representative in Sierra Vista.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling & responding to all customer inquiries by building excellent rapport & confidence, identifying needs & taking action
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction
- Troubleshooting & resolving customer issues through the use of desktop applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Availability to work various shifts
- Logical problem-solving skills
