Remote Collection Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Collection Specialist will contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules for delinquent accounts while working remotely from Knoxville, TN.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact consumers to negotiate repayment terms and establish repayment schedules
• Utilize provided tools and training to effectively resolve delinquent accounts
• Participate in ongoing training and performance evaluations to enhance skills and productivity

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Availability to work varying hours Monday through Friday between 8 am and 7 pm
• Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively
• One year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience (preferred)
• One year of Collection Experience (preferred)
