Job Summary

A communications company is in need of a Remote Collection Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Record electronic customer transactions accurately and with every call
• Effectively manage the skip tracing process
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate’s Degree
• A minimum of one to two years’ substantial customer service experience required
• Excellent communication skills
