A financial services firm is in need of a Remote Collection Specialist II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Making outbound collection calls
- Receiving inbound calls from customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to ask appropriate fact finding questions and provide accurate loan updates/ statuses
- Must enact negotiation skills to identify payment problem and offer solutions
- Must discuss delinquency resolution and loss mitigation alternatives
- Must update customer information as required by polices and regulations
- Must make outbound calls to past due customers and document accounts
