Job Summary
A financial institution is filling a position for a Remote Collections and Recovery Offer Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Drive the development of settlements, deferralsand forbearance plans
- Conceptualize and deploy enhancements to improve collections and recovery efficiency
- Create robust performance tracking and reporting for offersin all consumer (retail) products
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years of experience in collections analytics
- SAS / Enterprise Guide / SQL or other data mining experience
- Experience in measuring operational strategies
- Exceptional organization and project management skills
- Ability to work with various internal stakeholders under tight deadlines
