Job Summary

An outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Collections Call Center Agent in Phoenix.

Must be able to:

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies
• Accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments

Qualifications for this position include:

• Must be local to Phoenix, AZ as this position will eventually return to office
• High School diploma or equivalent
• High speed internet required (10-15 Mbps upload/download)
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
• Ability to problem solve and multitask
