Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Collections Call Center Representative in Rhinelander.
Must be able to:
- Make outbound calls to and take inbound calls from consumers
- Partner with consumer and offer options to help them organize and prioritize their credit
- Negotiate repayment terms that work for both the consumer, client and company
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma – Required
- Ability to keyboard 45 wpm
- Excellent typing and talking skills
- Maintain a positive team player attitude
- Sustain high level of confidentiality
