Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Collections Manager in Downers Grove.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the daily activities of direct reports on the collections team
- Maintaining collections on individual portfolio of high-volume accounts
- Providing training and education to staff related to collection policies and procedures
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel as may be needed to the location
- Strong organizational, team building and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to describe issues, processing, solutions in a concise manner
- Roll up your sleeve’s mentality, this is a working Manager position
- Established track record of success in prior credit & collection, customer service roles and special projects
- The successful candidate must have a strong “client service” mindset
