Job Summary
A computer software company is in need of a Remote Collections Portfolio Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing single point of contact for customers in designated accounts receivable portfolio
- Analyzing and resolve problems by coordinating with appropriate departments
- Partnering with sales organization/dealers/field office management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4 year college degree desirable
- 2-4 years of commercial collections/customer service experience preferred
- Excel skills, and basic knowledge of Oracle or Salesforce desirable.
- Proven track record of making 50 or more effective customer contacts daily
- Ability to manage portfolio larger than $3M
- Must demonstrate customer centric, analytical and problem-solving skills
