Job Summary

A computer software company is in need of a Remote Collections Portfolio Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing single point of contact for customers in designated accounts receivable portfolio
  • Analyzing and resolve problems by coordinating with appropriate departments
  • Partnering with sales organization/dealers/field office management

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4 year college degree desirable
  • 2-4 years of commercial collections/customer service experience preferred
  • Excel skills, and basic knowledge of Oracle or Salesforce desirable.
  • Proven track record of making 50 or more effective customer contacts daily
  • Ability to manage portfolio larger than $3M
  • Must demonstrate customer centric, analytical and problem-solving skills
