Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts via telephone and written correspondence
• Provide accurate account updates on computer files for each interaction
• Counsel delinquent consumers to assist in meeting their payment obligations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet required
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
