Remote Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer base through phone calls and email communication, ensuring appropriate documentation
• Handle tax-related tasks and assist customers with form corrections and inquiries
• Compile and distribute monthly aging reports and investigate tax claims for customers

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills required
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
