Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach in all work performed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in 1st or 3rd party collections; Department of Revenue experience preferred
• Access to high-speed internet with specific requirements
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
