Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Maintain confidentiality while exchanging accurate information over the phone

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5 years previous call center experience
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask
