Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Collections Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Maintain professionalism and customer service during interactions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Recent experience in commercial and federal collections is required
• Knowledge of FDCPA is required
• 2 years of skip tracing experience is required
• 3 years of 3rd party collections experience is required
