Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collector - Education (Referrals).

Key Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain confidentiality and perform tasks in a detail-oriented manner

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed Internet required
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
