Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collector.

Key Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of previous collections experience, preferably in credit card collections
• Access to high-speed internet
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
