Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Mobile Collections Representative in CST/MST time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and provide accurate information over the phone

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet with specified minimum requirements
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
