Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in 1st or 3rd party collections preferred
• Access to high-speed internet required
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain in a stationary position for the majority of the time
