A company is looking for a Commercial Collections Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Utilize skip tracing techniques as necessary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of 3rd party collections experience required
• 2 years of B2B collections experience required
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Previous skip tracing experience
