Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Monitor rent collections and manage delinquencies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of previous experience in property management
• Previous experience in monitoring rent collections and managing delinquencies
• Knowledge of FDCPA
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
