Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Collections Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and handle incoming calls regarding past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Maintain confidentiality and provide accurate information over the phone

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Commercial or collections experience preferred
• Previous skip tracing experience preferred
• Knowledge of FDCPA
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
