Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Monitor rent collections and manage delinquencies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in property management (2 years)
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Experience in monitoring rent collections and managing delinquencies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exchange accurate information effectively over the phone
