Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a B2B Remote Collections Representative CST/EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts and provide account updates
• Perform skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and counsel delinquent consumers
• Comply with applicable laws and company policies while providing feedback for process improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in commercial collections required
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
• Available to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
• Stable work history and ability to maintain confidentiality
