Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Utilize professional phone etiquette and negotiating skills during interactions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of collections experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Knowledge of FDCPA is a plus
