Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Student Loan Staff (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws and regulations
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to all work performed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet required
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
