Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts via telephone and written correspondence
• Provide accurate updates on account files for each interaction
• Counsel consumers on payment obligations and comply with relevant laws and company policies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed, hard-wired internet connection
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain stationary for extended periods
