Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Remote Collections Representative is a part-time position responsible for outbound and inbound calls related to past due accounts, securing payments, and providing customer service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Provide customer service support and maintain confidentiality

Required Qualifications and Training

• High School diploma or equivalent
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exchange accurate information effectively over the phone
